Dear customers!

Check the completeness and appearance of the goods when you receive them. Your purchase confirms that you have accepted the terms of warranty for the goods you have purchased. The appearance and completeness of the goods shall be checked by the purchaser immediately upon receipt, in the presence of company personnel. Subsequent claims for completeness and mechanical damage of products are not accepted.

  • Kopfgescheit sanitary ware has a warranty of 1 to 5 years - even for commercial use.

Warranty on goods implies free of charge repair of faults considered to be a warranty case, or replacement by an equivalent product. If repair is impossible, the product will be replaced with an equivalent or similar, but not worse.

WARRANTY: This product is not covered by the warranty and will lose its warranty status in the following cases

The product has been damaged during transportation (storage, when not immediately put into operation) after receipt by the purchaser.
The product has been repaired or tampered by others.
The warranty seals (the manufacturer's and/or the Seller's brand-name stickers), manufacturer's protective tapes, stickers, etc. on the outside or inside of the product have been broken.
Products with the following damages are not eligible for warranty service:
Mechanical damage (changes in the product geometry, dents, deep scratches, bends or fractures in the contact legs or fastening points);
caused by foreign matter, objects, liquids, insects, animals, etc., which have entered or come into contact with the product;
caused by the use of non-approved equipment operating or interfacing with the product;
caused by natural disasters, fire, household factors;
caused by a failure to meet the state standards for power, telecommunications and cable network parameters and other external factors (climatic and other)
The warranty does not cover damage caused by the use of non-standard cleaning materials; damage caused by failure to observe the rules of maintenance and preventive maintenance.
Products that show traces of dirt, foreign bodies (incl. insects) or active agents (rust, oxidation, etc.) are not covered by the warranty.

After-sales service at a Service Centre
When contacting the Service Centre the purchaser is obliged to specify in writing the nature of the fault and the equipment in which the fault has occurred.

According to the warranty obligations, the Service Centre accepts and tests the goods covered by the warranty. The tests shall be carried out only for the fault indicated on the accompanying sheet of defects. If the fault is stated in the covering sheet in general terms, the product will be tested for switching on and, if there is no sign of a fault, returned to the customer.

If the tests show that the goods are faulty due to the manufacturer's fault, the Service Centre will repair the goods and return them to the client in perfect working order. If the repair is impossible, the product is replaced by a similar or equivalent, but not worse in technical characteristics.

Defective warranty goods are settled within the following terms - repair and replacement are effected within 14 days; full settlement of warranty goods is effected no sooner than 30 days after the date of acceptance into the bonded warehouse of the Service Centre. In the event of force majeure, warranty work and settlement dates can be changed by agreement with the Head of Service Centre.

The Seller and the Service Centre are not liable for incompatibility between the goods purchased and the Buyer's equipment.

The warranty period for products accepted under warranty is 6 months from the date of acceptance for warranty service. After this period, the liability is considered unclaimed and is written off.

In no event shall the company be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, any loss of profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or other monetary loss) arising from the use or inability to use the equipment purchased. In any event, the refund under these warranty conditions cannot exceed the value actually paid by you for the item of equipment that caused the loss.

For warranty service, you need the product itself and documents confirming the fact and date of purchase.
